Sunday Thinking ― 6.1.25

"May the places where fear once blocked you now become doorways of courage."

The weekly Sunday Thinking newsletter is quick-hit content that aims to provide a booster shot to your thought process as you end and start your week.

"Being patient with your process is an act of self-honoring. Some version of yourself prayed for the wisdom you carry now. Some version of yourself was preparing for the life you are now walking in. Let yourself see and feel how beautifully far you've come. Even when you don't feel it. Even when it's quiet. Even when it's messy. You are still growing. Remember this today. Remembering you're still growing is how you take your power back."

― Lalah Delia, Vibrate Higher Daily

I. Try Loudly. Fail Loudly. Begin Again.

The problem with waiting is no one is coming. The only permission you need is your own.

  • No one knows what they're doing. Nobody.

  • Not even the ones with degrees, and big job titles, and more things than you. Not even the people on your vision board.

Everyone is just trying loudly, failing loudly, and trying again. And so should you.

II. Purpose Doesn’t Need a Title

Remember, your purpose does not have to be your job. Your purpose does not have to be big.

  • Your purpose does not have to make you money. Your purpose does not have to make you famous.

  • Your purpose can be something you do on the weekends. Your purpose can be something you do in the evenings.

  • Your purpose is something no one can take away from you.

So find something you care about. Find something that breaks your heart open a little. And then: get involved.

You don’t need a million dollars. You don’t need a title. Use your passion in the service of others, and it will become your purpose.

III. I Hope June Is Kind to You

I hope June is kind to you. I hope it gives you clarity. I hope it shows you that not everything needs to be resolved, that peace can be found in the questions, that growth can be found in the dark.

  • I hope June introduces you to a softer version of your own heart. I hope June proves to you that it is never too late to let go of the things you no longer want living inside of you, that it is okay to have changed, to have grown, to have walked away.

  • I hope June clears the path for your new beginning, that beautiful things find you, and that you know how to reach for them when they do.

I hope June feels like a homecoming ― not to a place, but to yourself, to a deeper version of happiness, to a hopefulness that pours out of you and into everything you do, to the kind of curiosity that widens your perspective, that makes you believe in more. I hope June is kind to you. I hope it leaves you better than it found you.

IV. Question

What would shift in my life if I trusted the moment I’m in, even without all the answers?

V. This Week, I Will

  • Trust that clarity comes through action, not overthinking.

  • Let discomfort be a sign of growth, not a reason to retreat.

  • Trust the timing of my life, even when it doesn’t make sense yet.

  • Choose alignment over approval, even when it’s uncomfortable.

  • Stop waiting for the perfect moment and start honoring the one I’m in.

The Last Words…

"Sometimes you might have to let go of the life you thought you wanted in order to make room for the life you are truly meant for. Sometimes, no matter how badly you want something, you don't get it because something so much better is around the corner for you. Sometimes, the things standing in your way are there to steer you in a better direction. The disappointments are there to guide you towards trying something new. The wonderful surprises are there to show you something you are meant to have more of. So when life takes you in an unexpected direction — let it. Trust that good things are coming from it. Trust that it will make sense later on. Trust yourself, trust your strength to overcome, and trust your strength to adapt. When life takes you in an unexpected direction, trust that it is taking you closer to where you are meant to go."
